Research on Superheated Steam Temperature Control Based on ANFIS-PID
To handle the large delay and uncertainty of the superheated steam temperature of the power plant, a new hybrid temperature control scheme ANFIS-PID is presented based on the integration of an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) and a PID controller. ANFIS-PID control is switched between two control modes according to a given error threshold. The ANFIS combines the neural networks with the fuzzy logic and deals with the nonlinear, uncertain and imprecise factors in production of superheated steam, while the PID controller accurately accommodates the steady state. Simulation studies show that the proposed control system superior to conventional PID one and have potential to used in real superheated steam temperature control system in place of the PID controller to improve overall performance.
