Control of nonlinear dynamical systems using wavelet support vector machines
A general control method for chaotic dynamical systems is proposed on the basis of the excellent modeling of wavelet support vector machines(WSVMs), and the WSVM is used as a nonlinear approximator to well compensate for the nonlinear part of chaotic dynamical systems ,and a simple linear state feedback law controller can be designed to drive the resulting system response to a desirable set-point. The method tested for a representative continuous-time chaotic dynamical systems shows excellent performance.
