Application of Artificial Neural Network in Identifying Damage of the Building
Identifying damage of buildings is an important element for evaluation of firepower damage; it forces directly impact on the continuity and veracity of firepower. Accordingly, the identifying damage of buildings is a precondition and it facilitates Commanders to make right decisions in very limited time. First of all, we design a study model of Artificial Neural Network based on image matching and texture, which is used in identifying presently. Secondly, we study fire decision algorithm based on artificial neural network in three-dimensional space and consider of a new decision model to engaging the more effective situation evaluation. So, according to the specialty of the changes for damage, we optimized the way of tuning networks parameters. Experiment demonstrates that the method could vividly show the process, so it can successfully enhance the efficiency in the identifying.
