Research on Excitation Controller Based on Genetic Algorithm

When the excitation controller of excitation system used PID control, the excitation system couldnt achieve satisfactory controlling performance. For advancing the dynamic performance of the system, this paper proposed to use separating integral algorithm and genetic algorithm to optimize and design the excitation controller. The simulation showed that the optimized excitation controller could improve the dynamic character, and at the same time, the new excitation controller could advance the anti-jamming performance and the robust performance of the excitation system.
