Study on Thickness and Form Control System Optimized by Genetic Algorithm for Cold Rolling Strip-steel
This paper is focused on thickness and form control system for cold rolling strip-steel.A mechanical model and algorithm for electro - hydraulic servo system is built by using neural network adaptive control method ,which is used the features virtues of artificial neural network..This thesis establishes a GA-NNI model based on analyzing of algorithm and realized the real-time control of electro - hydraulic servo system.Simulation results show that the controlling system has higher precision ,quicker response and steadier function. This model lays the basis for developing the better rolling mill.
