Country mid-voltage distribution network frame intelligence planning based on GIS technology
The geographic coordinates of loads are converted into screen coordinates shown on the screen through GIS technology. According to the loads distribution density condition, the planning area is divided into several small areas (partial areas) by man-machine conversation. Firstly, the initial main trunk line is formed in every partial area making use of least square method. On the basis, the loads of the area are linked according to method of the shortest path, thus a initial network frame of every partial area is formed; Then the initial network frames arent continuously amended to make the aim function least until the optimal network frames are formed; Lastly, a optimal network frame of the whole area is formed by linking the optimal network frame of every partial area. The method combines optimizing theory with GIS technology closely, and decomposes complex problems into simple problems. The planning result in the example indicates that the planning method is intelligent, fast and effective.
