Modeling and Response Prediction for Wire Cable Isolator System
In this paper, a neural network model for the hysteretic restoring force of a wire cable isolator system is built using artificial neural network, which utilizes the state variables of structural vibration as its input and uses the restoring force as its output. The response of system is predicted by building a neural network simulink dynamic model. The simulated results have a good agreement with those from data experiments. The presented method can significantly shorten the modeling period of wire cable isolator system.
