The Design and Error Analysis of Intelligent Crane with Restrained Weight Equipment
The paper introduces a kind of the design of weight-restrained equipment for intelligent crane .The weight-restrained equipment is a kind of intelligent instrument which is composed of single-chip system. It is an intelligent measure and control machine, which can show weight-permitted digitally and control overloading automatically. The core component of traditional restrained weight crane adopted 8051 single chip, but this kind of single chip has narrow application range in industry equipments for its defects.. The design obtains data using instrument amplifier AD620 and MSP430F133. According to shortage in former design, the new fashioned circuit component is chosen and feasibility is proved which satisfies the needs of interrelated criterion of country by theories error calculation.
