Test and Measurement of Chalcopyrite based Solar Cells by Optical Modulation Techniques
The energy gaps of Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) solar cells on rigid and flexible substrates have been determined by optical modulation techniques using a previously derived analytical expression for the absorber band gap energy versus the Ga-content of the cell. The accuracy and selectivity of these measurement techniques are demonstrated.
