Research on Technology of Energy Set in Fuze Laser Set

摘要：

A novel laser energy set mode for fuze is introduced in the paper. It uses Si photovoltaic cells as fuze power supply for transmission of set information. Firstly, the paper builds the module of fuze laser energy set. Difficulties of realization of energy set technology are researched. Secondly, the paper mainly studies output characteristic of Si photovoltaic cells in theory and makes experimental research by using a high power continuous semi-conductor laser with 980nm wavelength and 1.4-watt power. Besides, design rules and methods of realization of energy set are brought forward. Finally, the fuze energy set circuit is designed. Experimental results show that this kind of laser energy set guarantees reliable power supply while fuze laser set.
