Surface Reconstruction and Methods of Local Deformation Based on Customized Shoe-making System
A method for image processing and surface reconstruction for 3-D foot shapes based on structured light is described. The vision system for 3-D foot shapes is composed of four sets of vision sensors for foot image acquisition, and a computer processing module which extracts automatically the measured foot parameters are also be described, data optimization and surface reconstruciton are on the basis of Unigraphic software.We also proposes CAD/CAM module that can realize the template matching and local deformation and scaling for Customized shoe-last design under the platform of UG software.
