One New Laser Fuze Design for Cruise Missile
Cruise missiles laser fuze is used to control warheads blasting height and distance. This paper give the current developments in laser fuze have been reviewed. It introduced the limitations of pulse-gated laser fuze and the breakthrough of those limitation by frequency-modulation/continu -ous wave(FM/cw) mode laser fuze as well as the other advantages of this new type laser fuze have been pointed out. The designed laser fuze has small size and weight, fine performance of anti-interference and high ranging precision. So the laser fuze can perfectly fulfill the request for cruise missiles blasting location control.
