Technology of High-power Fiber Coupling LD

摘要：

The technology of high-power fiber coupling LD, which serves as its key technique, gets an extensive concern. The dissertation mainly did research and analysis on the methods of the wedge optical fiber coupling. We surveyed cutting angle and cutting depth, analyzed the influence of angle and depth to coupling. Finally we obtain the result of the output power from fiber is 5.4W and coupling efficiency is 75％. Then an optimization scheme has been put forward considering the two factors, and the research direction has been confirmed.
