Simulation and Modeling in the High Power LD (Laser Diode)Driver Design
The computer technique of simulation on small-signal circuit has been developed, but high power circuit should been improved by computer technique of simulation. The PSPICE model building on power device of semiconductor laser driving source is the most importance problem which should be settled. According to the structure, operating principle and self-consumption of power device, the paper establishes MOSFET model including thermal model. Furthermore, it has done some research on computer simulation of semiconductor laser driving source by using this model. At the same time, it has verified the model correct by practicable system. This model is also adapted computer simulation on other high power circuit.
