Design and Research of a High Accurate On-line Measurement System Concerning Vehicle Flux Information
The system is built based on the photo-voltage characteristics of the infrared sensor and technologies on optics, electronics, single-chip microprocessor (SCM) and area bus. Vehicle flux measurement signal was processed with the core SCM of AT89C51. Also the CAN bus controller SJA1000 and receiving/transmitting unit 82C250 are controlled by the SCM, which compose the CAN communication system to transmit the data. PC connects with each node controller in the area through serial port MAX232. Data information is transmitted/received on CAN bus, and that the datas management is carried out through up PC. Its parts of design methods, system experiment and optimization are discussed in this paper.
