Temperature Long-time Monitoring System of Wuhu Changjiang River Bridge Based on DS18B20
In order to proceed temperature long-time monitoring of WuHu ChangJiang River Bridge, gather the temperature condition of bridge structure, and supply evidence for evaluating the service state of bridge structure, a temperature long-time monitoring system of WuHu ChangJiang River Bridge is built by DS18b20 data chip temperature sensor, acquisition modular, single chip processor and monitoring computer. Advanced data acquisition, data communication and data procession are designed, and advanced data procession software is developed on the advanced software platform-LABVIEW. This system can real-time monitor the temperature in 23 positions. This software has many functions: it can realize the remote data acquisition, reception, analysis and the real-time data display, alarm, entry. User can select the inquiry channel in the inquiry control panel and also can proceed the inquiry work according to variety inquiry method. The built up of this temperature long-time monitoring system is important to master temperature distribution and its change regularity of bridge structure, which will be a great help to bridge designing and bridge calculation. The system composed by DS18b20 has the merits of simple circuit, flexible application and powerful anti-interference. It has comprehensive application foreground in the field of multiple-point temperature monitoring. All of these supply experience for the daily running of monitoring bridge and safety analysis of structure, and all of these also provide experience for the design of the system of the similar kind .
