Architecture for Machinery Remote Fault Diagnosis Center and Its Application
A new architecture for the machinery remote fault diagnosis center is presented. The resource sharing among different enterprises, the key technology in developing remote diagnosis center and the problems existing in the proposed remote diagnosis center have been probed into. The remote diagnosis center makes fully use of the modern communication instrument such as SMS, Email, FTP, real time electric bulletin and network video conference, adopting the newest nonlinear diagnosis theory and method such as local projection noise reduction analysis, and also the CORBA combined with SOAP, all which have solved difficult technical problems such as the real time transmitting of the high frequency on-line, large amount data, equipment remote on-line monitoring and diagnosing, resource sharing and so on, and shortened the servicing time of the enterprise, saved the servicing expenses. The main functions of the architecture mentioned by this article has been applied successfully in a certain iron and steel company and awarded perfect effect.
