Earlier Period Fault Mechanism Analyzing for Induce Motor Based on Model
The induce motor is the most common used device in driving many kinds of machinery and the industrial equipments. The induce motor has usually been broken down owing to its heavy working loads as well as the bad working conditions. The production of enterprise are under threat. That will bring about huge economic loss. The fault mechanism of induce motors is complex extremely. Its fault reasons are not corresponding to omens absolutely. The causes of formation of some faults and behaving in different development stages of faults are not very clarity yet. It is impossible for us to analyze faults and extract early breakdown characteristics using a little information accurately especially because physical signal of early breakdown is weak and indefinite. As a result, it is difficult to diagnose earlier period faults and separate a fault from others. Therefore electromagnetism and dynamics characteristics of induce motor have been analyzed. The change law of all kinds of motor faults in signals and parameter has been found out. The multi- information fusion is used to ensure the output of system reliable. So this realized earlier period faults intelligent diagnosis and prediction for induce motor.
