A Novel Nondestructive Quality Test Method for Liquid Milk
Based on the concept of virtual instrument, a non-destructive measurement equipment for UHT packed milk is developed. The system has many functions such as formation of recipe, quality judgment, and formation of a comprehensive test report and so on. Also we can make equipment personalized to meet different users requirements. Comparing with conventional method, the nondestructive quality measurement technique has a higher precision. It is proved that the test results are consistent with which of packed testing through large numbers of tests. The production has provided a new approach for the nondestructive testing of soft package drink.
