Mathematical Model of Large Axial-flow Fan and Its Use in on-line Monitoring1
This paper investigates the practical 1 performance of large axial-flow fans used as the boiler forced draft fan and induced draft fan of thermal generating units of 300MW or over in capacity. A common mathematical performance model is set up with computer assistance. Then its application in operating fan`s on-line monitoring and surge prognosis is further studied. It is shown by study that the model is rational and its application is feasible. It is obviously significant for improving the safety and economy of the pirating fans.
