Testing and Analyzing on Once-through Water Performance of Single Pipe Solid-liquid Fluidized Bed Heat Exchanger

Build an experimental apparatus of the solid-liquid cycling fluidized bed heat-exchanger (SLCFBE). Invent a solid-liquid segregator , solid particle can be separated from liquid and realize cycling use. Make a testing and analyzing system , based on Delphi circumstance, develop TA-SLCFBE program and realize the serial communication with MSComm component in program. Test pressure loss of SLCFBE under different condition by using mercury manometer of U type; sample the temperature of copper pipe surface and liquid by using ADAM-4018 and thermocouple of T type. The program of TA-SLCFBE can realize on-line test and data storage, remote sensing and telemetering, real time data processing, graph data and analyzing convection coefficient and pressure loss of SLCFBE, etc. Firstly test resistance curve on different condition (such as 3%~8% particle, different water quality, different velocity, etc), secondly find the fouling resistance and convection coefficient on different condition. The result of experiment can supply designing parameters of once-through water in actual project application, such as fouling resistance, heat-transfer coefficient, resistance curve, and so on.
