Research of Measuring Method on the On-line Output of Concrete Pump
Concrete pump is a modern construction device which pumps concrete continuouly depending on the pressure in the pipe. The online output mesurement system is a significant function of the concrete pump in the future. The pressure of main hydraulic oil and the displacement of concrete cylinder are studied based on the operating principle of hydraulic piston type concrete pump. The mathematical model of the output of concrete pump is proposed; the key issues which influence real-time pumping efficiency are analyzed; and the alteration of pressure signal wave of the main cylinder oil pressure in a circle is researched. Three measurement methods, whose principles are expatiated respectively, are brought forward based on the pressure signal, the displcacement signal, and the conbination of the two signals. In addition, the experiments are done using devices designed by ourselves.The results have shown that the precision of the third method is the highest and fractional error is 0.39％.
