AC Speed Regulation Testing System Base on Double CPU by Shared RAM

AC speed regulation testing system is introduced in this paper which can modify the parameters online and observe the dynamic performance of the speed regulation system. The double CPU technology is put forward into the system for better control capability and better speed regulation capability. Both CPU communicate with each other by shared RAM. CPU one has high calculating speed and can modify the parameters and control the speed regulation system on-line. CPU two is mainly used for communication to the main computer, it transmits the parameters of motor and the commands of different control algorithm. The bus control of this system utilizes the shared RAM technique that all of the address bus and the data bus are connected to the latch. It solves the problem of the long communication time by serial port and the high price by double ports RAM. In this paper, the principle of the AC speed regulation testing system would be introduced. The communication interface circuit between the double CPU would be drawn. The communication protocols and the data exchange technology would be explained in detail.
