On-line Test of Power in the Process of Ozone Production
The power of the ozone production can play an important part in the work state and running effect of the whole process. Obtaining the power on line quickly and correctly is needed to be solved in studying the process and its autocontrol. The automatization level of the ozone production which is lower at present is needed to be improved greatly. So it is very important that the pivotal parameters, especially the power, affecting the performance are tested on line and there is more practical significance to measure the total input power of whole process on line. The method universally used to measure the total input power of ozone production is the Wattmeter nowadays. But there is bigger error in the actual measuring using this method because of the serious distortion of industry frequency alternating current caused by the gas discharge in the process of ozone production. Methods are discussed to measure the total input power in the process of ozone production, which including Wattmeter, Instantaneous power based on the microcontroller and Voltage/Charge trace diagram. Furthermore the method based on the technology of quasisynchronous sampling and embedded computer PC104 is introduced in this paper. The facts prove that the total input power can be measured on line quickly and correctly, the power cost can be reduced and the automatization level of the ozone production can be greatly improved based on the on-line test.
