Dynamic Torque Online Measurement Technology
Based on the near-field remote measurement technology, dynamic torque sensor system is designed, consisting of the kernel of the wireless digital data transmission and receiving module of 2.4GHz, peripheral sensors, Flash memory module and Atmega128L. Atmega128L, the low power dissipation single-chip, controls the sensors to collect the data of environmental temperature, velocity and torque and processes the original data preliminarily. Then the data are sent to the receiving module by the wireless transmission module, realizing near-field remote measurement of dynamic torque.
