The Research of Explosive Shock Wave Measurement Sensors
Explosive shock wave pressure is often measured accurately in national defense ,ordnance research departments. Explosive shock wave has some characteristics that explosion loading time is short and intensity of explosion loading is high. So the measurement requires the sensor has traits of high sensibility, high frequency response. At present, the sensors of explosive shock wave measurement have piezoresistance sensor, piezoelectric sensor and optics sensor and so on. In the paper, the principle and application range and traits of piezoresistance sensor, piezoelectric sensor and optics sensor are studied.
