A CCD Position Servo System Based on Rotary Transformer
In order to improve the adaptability of an armored car running on a battle field or running at night, a CCD position servo system is installed on the armored car. The servo system consists of steering wheel 、rotary transformer 、controller 、CCD 、stepping motor 、rotary-table and display etc. When the armored car is running, the rotary transformer rotates following the steering wheel, and the rotary transformer sends the angle information to the controller (single-chip P87LPC767 ), P87LPC767 deals with the received angle information then sends stepping impulse and orientation voltage to the stepping motor, the stepping motor drives the rotary-table, and the CCD unit rotates in the same direction. In this way, the driver can set eyes on the road surface in front of the armored car on the display.
