Design and Application of Leak Detection Integrated Sensor of Hydraulic System of Self-propelled Artillery

In the traditional testing process of the status parameter of hydraulic system of artillery, it is very difficult to guarantee the numerical accuracy of the same measuring point, because the great fixing differences are in existence about the temperature sensor, pressure sensor and flow sensor, so the testing process is very complex. In this paper, the leak detection integrated sensor of hydraulic system is designed by turning three sensors into one sensor, that is, the temperature sensor and pressure sensor are fixing on the turbine flow sensor, became into one triplicate integrated sensor. And also, the signaling interface circuit is designed to pretreat the output signal that reflects the digital signals of the temperature sensor, pressure sensor and flow sensor. According to the test requirement of hydraulic system of engineering mechanism, the choice measure range of the turbine flow sensor is 12L/min~350L/min, the precision of sensor is 5‰, because its response speed is very quickly, its endure working pressure can reach 40Mpa; the range of pressure sensor is 0~40MPa, the BP100 Silicon piezoresistance pressure sensor is used in the integrated trinity sensor, the precision of this pressure sensor is 0.2‰, the precision of transmitter is 1‰. The temperature sensor of integrated trinity sensor adopts platinum thermal resistance sensor. Analyzing the reliability of the integrated sensor, optimization designing the circuit and optimizing the test parameter, the anti-jamming ability, precision and reliability are increased by using singlechip technology. This leak detection integrated sensor is application in hydraulic system of one certain self-propelled artillery using T connecting way, the test results show that, the integrated sensor can examine the parameters about flow rate, pressure and temperature rapidly and expediently in non disassembling or little disassembling condition. It can improve the test reliability and diagnosis accuracy hugely, it opens up a new way to test and diagnose the status parameter of hydraulic system.
