Applications of Charge Transfer Device in the Compensation to Frequency Characteristic of Piezodielectric Sensors
A new method to compensate frequency characteristics of sensors is proposed in real-time aiming at the current characteristics compensation problems of sensors. This paper is based on the theory of signal analysis, focused on the charge transfer device (CTD), constructed the network to achieve different functions on compensation by using transfer characteristics of CTD device, obtained the design method and analysis formula for the amplitude- frequency characteristic compensation separately, the phase- frequency characteristic compensation separately and the amplitude-frequency characteristic and phase-frequency characteristic of compensation together. At the same time, this paper provides the analysis design methods for different level of compensation. The new compensation network has the advantages which digital circuit design has, and it can be flexible to facilitate change frequency characteristics. The study has been successfully applied to the piezoelectric vibration sensors compensation in the vibration breakdown diagnosis and obtained satisfied results.
