The Application of the Online Multi-sensors to Supervise Water Quality
The article established the sensor system and used it into the field of local supervision on water quality. The system is a multi-sensor module which contains the function of storing data, processing data and transporting data wireless. Furthermore, with the excellent-using examples in the process of detecting local water pollution, the article introduced the function of some important parameters in detecting water quality. Based on the Windows Mobile operation system, the on-line detecting system (analysis and detection on water and nitrate) that detect the ground water quality for a long time can be widely used in the protected drinking water areas. The on-line detecting system of water quality is an integrated module of physical sensors and chemical sensors. And it can measure the some important ions which can be dissolved in the ground water and surface water. The physical sensors can survey the water pressure, temperature and electrical conductance. And the necessary sensors can make a special sensor module to realize linear relationship. Mini chemical sensors can be installed in another sensor module and can survey nitrate, Cl- 、NH4 + and PH value. Finally, the acquired data of sensors can be transported to the supervision center of water quality with the way of GPRS.
