Analysis and Predictions for Urban Environmental Noise Base on Grey Relational Analysis Method
This paper takes urban environmental noise in Harbin as an example to explore application of grey theoretical degree of relational analysis method in analysis of urban noise factors. We take the mean urban noise level as the reference factor, and take population, quantity of motor vehicles, total industrial output value, and investment in capital construction as comparison factors. Grey relational analysis method is used to make analysis on the main factors affecting urban environmental noise during the 8th Five-Year Plan period and 10th Five-Year Plan period, providing a sequence of noise sources that affects the environmental noise of the urban districts. Comparison is made against actual measurements. The result is the same through comparison This method of passes the factor analysis, it is expediently to point out the contribution size of each factors to affect the city environment noise. By using this method, we can clearly find out the factors that affect environmental noise, so as to attain the goals of control, prevention, and pollution of environmental noise.
