摘要：

The essay analyzed the necessity and importance of the study on the remote test and diagnosis technology of equipment.The architecture of the remote test and diagnosis system was presented.The essay probed into the technique of the instruments drivers ，DataSocket ，distributed database, which are involved in the architecture.Finally ，this paper defined the investigative directions about the remote test and diagnosis technology of equipment.
