Research and Simulation of Inter-satellite Links-Geometric Parameters Between Tracking and Data Relay Satellites and User Satellites

This paper establishes the mathematical models for analyzing the geometric characters of the inter satellite links geometric parameters between tracking and data relay satellite (TDRS) and user satellite in the tracking and data relay satellite system (TDRSS), proposes the simulation method to compute the geometric parameters, then simulates and gets their change regulars, which provide the theory foundations and experiment evidences for analyzing the overall performance of ISL, designing the ISL devices and optimizing the TDRSS.
