Based on the analysis of the foreign Telemedicine development, according to the recent Telemedicine requirements, design a Telemedicine system based on Virtual Instrument. Our telemedicine system has the essential functions of Topic telemedicine system and would afford some researching values and practicality value to the construction of our countrys telemedicine system.
