The Test Techniques Research on a Machine Guns Dynamic Characteristics Based on LMS System

摘要：

The wider the dispersion the more rounds required to affect the desired damage on the target. The modes and its vibrations of the weapon system have the greatest effect on shot dispersion. It is very important to get its dynamic characteristic for the good of firing accuracy. The modal analysis experiment platform based on LMS is builded. And the hardware, software and the excitation system are configured. The modal test is experimented for a machine gun and the test data is also analyzed. The results supply academic gist for further improving the structure dynamic characteristic of the machine gun.
