Design and Implementation of Networked ATS Based on LXI

摘要：

A kind of design scheme of test system based on LXI bus is put forward, and test platform of networked ATS based on LXI bus is established. Using the functional interface model based on component technology, the key technologies, such as system platform architecture, realization of system functional component and so on, are studied ，and networked test is implemented.
