Fault Diagnosis of Reciprocating Compressors Using Local Wave Time-Frequency Spectrum and Image Processing
Fault diagnosis of the reciprocating machinery through the analysis of their vibrations has been recognized to be a difficult issue due to the strong non-stationary of the vibration signals. Local wave time-frequency spectrum is combined with image processing to extract features from the vibration signals of reciprocating machines. The fault mode can be classified and recognized from the features.
