The Development of the Aircraft Noise Assessment Software for ARJ21 Based on VB.NET

摘要：

The paper introduces the computing methods 、the operating procedures and the key implementing technology of the assessment software for ARJ21 noise certification. The program is designed with VB.NET and SQL SEVER database according to the standard of CCAR-36.This software can accurately compete the calculation of flyover 、lateral and approach effective noise levels from measured noise data when aircraft takes off and approaches. The computing results indicate that the software can effectively assess the noise level of ARJ21.
