Validation Research of the Availability Model of Weapon Equipment Based on Repairable Inventory Model

摘要：

In the current service differentiation of weapon equipment support management operation and in the territory of integrated support theory research, supportability, maintainability and spare parts provisioning of weapon equipment are relatively independent systems. In this paper, the cost speaking for spare parts subscription influenced by the degree of spare parts provisioning and the relationship of the cost of spare parts subscription were discussed through analyzing the typical Availability. Repairable inventory model based on equipment was established, the Availability model of equipment related with parameter such as maintainability of weapon equipment and spare parts provisioning under the situation of satisfying single-stage maintenance and emergency supply was simulated by an example, and the model was validated and analyzed.
