Identification of Characteristic Parameters of Fuel Injection Pressure of Diesel Engine Based on Radial Basis Function Neural Network
This paper deals with the running features and pressure characteristic parameters for fuel injection system of diesel engine. Based on radial basis function (RBF) neural network, an innovative parameter identification system of fuel injection pressure system with pipe vibration signals is developed. The characteristic parameters of fuel injection system are selected, and the principle and process of parameter identification are also worked out. The configuration of RBF network is accomplished reasonably, and the nonlinear mapping relationship between the signal of pipe vibration and fuel injection pressure is established. The experimental data are systematically processed and researched. The results show that the precision of identified pressure waveform and the characteristic parameters values are high and robust. This method can be used to diagnose the fault and to monitor the running state of fuel injection system.
