Research on the Theory of Elastic Vibration Model of Rubber

The elastic rubber disk is a complex structure between plate and film. A theory of establishing models of elastic rubber vibration is suggested. The elastic rubber disk is simplified into thin plate and film. The vibration character of them is analyzed following the elastic models of thin plate and film. The elastic frequencies of the rubber disk of some elastic launching equipment in two models are calculated, the relationship among elastic frequencies, the diameter thickness of the disk ,the elastic modules and tension are discussed, which indicates that the changes of the vibration frequency caused by those of the diameter and thickness of the rubber disk are very small. The physical characters, such as elastic modules and tension, are the determinative factors of the vibration frequency of the rubber. The vibration frequency of rubber disk under the assumption of thin film is three times of that under the assumption of thin plate. The vibration model of rubber disk is obtained following the approach regulation: the vibration frequency of the rubber disk determined in experiment are compared with those of the two models (plate and film), which depend on the calculated data, and then the similar one is chosen as the model of the elastic rubber.
