The Analysis and Smart Control of Gun barrels Vibration
The vibration of guns barrel is one of the main factors to influence guns fire accuracy. In this paper, taken as an axially moving beam impulsed by high-speed moving load, the gun barrels non-linear vibration model is build using the theory of moving load, axially moving beam and gun firing theory. Then the Galerkin truncation using a new mode shape function is used to solve the equation. Then a new piezoelectrical actuator is designed to smartly control the gun barrels vibration. The control system model is provided. In the end, numerical simulation is made by Newmark-β method. Results show that the vibration analysis and smart control method is feasible.
