The Simulation about Vibration of Seat and Experiment Validation
For the purpose of deeper investigation on vibration problem of occupation-seat system, a occupant-seat system dynamic simulation model is established with BRG.LifeMOD software, Solidworks and ADAMS software. The created dynamic model involves coupling the effect of body to seat and models body as a multi-freedom-degrees-nonlinear system. Comparison between simulation results and trial data indicates that the maximum acceleration, self-PSD and their corresponding frequencies at the measuring points are roughly conformable, which show that the created simulation model is valid. The model and its method can be used in seat design and seat dynamical analysis.
