A RTR/DR/3D-CT Imaging System Based on Flat Panel Detector

摘要：

This paper puts forward a novel industrial nondestructive radiography inspection system based on FPD. The system provides three kinds of inspection modes: the real time radiography (RTR), the digital radiography (DR) and the three dimensional computed tomography (3D-CT). Some methods are also proposed to improve the system performance and some basic image quality intensifiers are discussed. The results show that the penetrating sensitivity reaches 2％ and the spatial resolution reaches 3lp/ mm.
