The Research on Fault Detecting System of Transmission Device of SP Gun

Based on the structure characteristic of parts of the drive device, the fault detecting system of tracked self-propelled gun transmission device use vibration and rotational speed sensor technology and optimize the detecting point disposal. In the part of signal processing, the system synthetically use time domain waveform analysis, high-order statistic character parameter, amplitude domain dimensionless parameter, rank comparing analysis, three dimensional analysis of the frequency spectrum and so on. The system built the open characteristic parameter library first and it can achieve the track detecting of the drive device technology status and the classification evaluation of the status trend, and provide the basis for the decision of self-propelled gun general chassis maintenance. And it achieves the intelligentized and automatic fault diagnosis. As the system is used continually, it can improve the diagnosis precision rapidly.
