Axle Diameter Measuring System Based on CCD

摘要：

This paper introduces an axle diameter measuring system based on CCD, which could be used to measure diameters of an axles different parts. A diameter value is acquired indirectly by measuring an axle projection which is generated on the photosensitive area of a CCD with optional devices. The basic principle, system structure, circuit design and the software flow chart of the diameter measuring system are issued in this paper.
