Measurement Method Research for Residual Stress of Autofrettaged under Impact Loading
The accurate measurement of the residual stress directly influences the theoretical investigation, and the safe operation assessment of the autofettaged structure. The testing method of the residual stress in this structure is assessed in this paper. The manometric bomb is adopted to simulate the autofettaged structures working condition under impact load. The magnetic-acoustic emission test principle of the residual stress and the assessment method of the attenuation is analyzed. The technical operating ability of the magnetoacoustic emission testing of the residual stress is discussed.
