Fem Analysis for the Stiffness and Intensity of Aluminum Alloy Pedestal Ring in Steel Wire Roll Road

The paper analyses the force applied to the body of a new model tracked auminum aloy pedestal ring in Steel Wire Roll Road when shooting and establishes the mathematical model of stiffness and strength analysis and provides the mesh diagram of the body.With 3D solid elements,the paper calculates the stiffness and strength of the Pedestal Ring body under the minimum、middle and maximum angles of fire.The results are given. Comparing alloy pedestal ring in steel wire roll road with general pedestal ring wo gained the second seat circle in displacement and strength is greater than the first pedestal ring,so the first one is better than the second one in the mechanistic compability.The result also shows that the structure of the pedestal ring is reasonable and its stiffness and strength can meet the design requirements.
