A Design Method for On-line Measuring Control System Based on Industrial Control Computer for Projectile Body

摘要：

In order to measure the form and position tolerance of body in warm extrusion forming technique line and make up the deficiencies of traditional detection mode, the software with various functional modules and the novel hardware have been designed. The hardware is composed of industrial control computer, data acquisition card, laser sensor and motion control card. The practical application of production line has proved advantage of the system. It has improved both test accuracy and efficiency and decrease the labor intensity. Meantime it has provided good performance of the whole production line with the reference foundation.
