Sensitivity Analysis on Mechanism Parameters Affecting Translation-output Motion Rules of Seven-bar Mechanism
A seven-bar mechanism, which is composed of a hinge five-bar mechanism and a RPP Grade- Assur group, can realize translation output Ⅱ displacement Based on double crank seven-bar mechanism, dynamic simulation software is programmed. It can dynamically display the relationship among structure parameters, motion parameters, coupler curves and translation output displacements. The influences on translation output displacements of different structure parameters are analyzed. The results indicate that the seven-bar mechanism is especially applicable for realizing different type sine-function-type translation output displacements.
